Ai Winecast - Episode 001

Today we're testing the waters by starting our first Ai Winecast with Gregory Cellars. We will be hosting this new series regularly on Sundays as we wrap up our weekly tasting group. It’ll give us a chance to interview training sommeliers from around Las Vegas, highlighting a “Somm of the Week”, and allow us to have a Q&A session with them as they navigate the waters of the wine world.

Gregory Cellars, author for (WBWD) WineBlogWithADog.com, will be my co-host for this show as we wrap up our Sunday tastings. It will give us a chance to explore ideas about the wines that we were tasting along with diving deeper into our individual adventures.

Our soon-to-be AI co-host, Sippy, is a pre-trained model that Sip Studies built on OpenAI's ChatGPT. Sip Studies has created two models for Sippy, our Beverage Educator and our Pocket Sommelier. We will begin co-hosting with Sippy - Beverage Educator, as this was designed for longer context and more details while we study.
